Just started my new job today.  I have a pounding headache and my eyes are blood shot red...not because theres too much work but because I had to wake up at 6:30am to get to work at 8am and I am not a morning person.  I mean I am use to working all the time, but I was able to adjust my hours so I can come in whenever I want.  But when you start a new job you really cant negotiate and you really have to show up on time!  I really feel old and like I know I have to wake up hella early for work the rest of my life.  Well, luckily I did get the job cuz its hella hard to get into public acctg. right now, most companies are requiring at least some years of experience.  This position is for a CPA firm called Rosbrugh Accountancy Corporation (www.rosbrugh.com) and I am doing auditing, tax, and accounting work.  Its actually a really great opportunity, considering they will be covering the funds for my master degree.  I was gonna save up to get my masters but now I dont have to worry as long as I do my job well over at this new place.  Actually the owner of the company kinda freaked me out cuz he said that he fired two CPAs before me cuz he felt they were incompetent, took too much time in doing their work, and just didnt know what the hell they were doing.  Another person he hired as a tax manager lied on his resume saying he has a masters degree at berkeley so the owner found out and fired him as well.  I know he probably doesnt have much expectations, but I dont have a problem since I'll learn everything hella quick and get a promotion. The cool thing is I get to travel a bit and get away from the office.  I also got offered another job a few weeks before and its working directly under a controller.  They said that the position will eventually lead to a controller position and I was gonna take it but than the other job called me first so I decided to take that position instead.  The CEO wanted me to change my mind and say he would offer more compensation, but I still declined.  He did say that I can always call him if my current job doesnt meet my expectations.  So at least I have a choice if I want to do something else later down the road.  But for now I need to make sure my ass can get up tomorrow for work!

Thats the pics for now.  Now I got too much time in my hands without school to worry about.  I am actually deciding to work out, and hopefully lose the temptation to smoke cigarettes.  This past week I applied for each of the big 4 companies and man I prolly only qualify for one position only since every position requires so many years of experience in public accounting.  You know when you graduate you feel like you accomplished so much but in reality the only thing that happened is that school ended, what you got out of it doesnt change in the past 4 years.  Its really who you know, not what you know.  This sucks, all that hard work for nothing!  Well, at least I still have 2 jobs but we'll c in the next few weeks.  Oh btw i got a hair cut and dyed it red with blonde streaks.  I kinda regret it, i miss my long dark hair.  Gosh this is a long post...im tired, thats it for now.

Dang..its been awhile since i posted a xanga entry.  Havent really had time to think.  Pictures from the wedding will be up once I get my lazy ass to post them.  Update...just got done with all my finals on wedneseday, man what a relieve!  For some reason I dont feel that I am totally finished with school, its just been such an attachment.  All this seems to be way to fast way to soon.  My boss and my coworkers just surprised me with a fat cake and some balloons for graduation.  I didnt really expect anything so it was really nice of them.  Graduation banquet for the Accounting/Finance department is held tonite @ Del Monte.  Than official graduation on saturday @ Spartan Stadium.  I figured it would be worthwhile to attend the graduation dinner tonite since I'll actually get to eat, walk on stage, make a brief speech and take some pictures.  Anyways, pictures will be up soon...thats it for now!

Just got back from vegas last nite.  I think i got sick again just like other times that I went to vegas.  We anticipated on going to club rain @ palms on saturday nite but one of the girls ID didnt work so we all left after waiting in line for 1 1/2 hrs. After that we headed to club light..there was hella people..bad crowd...and no place to dance...but the music was ok.  All i remember is trying to push some guy cuz his drink fell on me and he wouldnt stop backing up towards me.  Then ended up seeing Michael Jordan at the club w/ some chick.  Later when i was playing the tables i told my friend to run after him and take a picture of him, but that bastard said it wouldnt be coo if he did so we didnt end up getting a pic of him. The good news is i came up $750 w/ blackjack.  Man i was stuck on the game for the rest of the trip and even skipped a few meals without knowing.  First night i was up $1000, second night even money, and third night won back $750.  I met so many people while gambling...I left vegas making friends with a lot of strangers including the dealers.  Overall, I did had fun being away from home.  I am so glad im finally home and get to sleep in my comfortable bed as long as i want. My boss is on vacation too so i can come in to work anytime.  Didnt' really get to take alot of pics but here they are:
